Bandai Namco Experience Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following terms and conditions (“these Terms”) to ensure the fair and smooth operation of the “ONE PIECE BASE SHOP Store Reservation Launch Commemorative Campaign” (“the Campaign”) conducted within Japan.
Those wishing to participate are asked to carefully review both the campaign overview and these Terms before applying.
By entering the Campaign, participants (“Applicants”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
If the Applicant is a minor, they must review these Terms together with their legal guardian and obtain consent before applying.
【Use of X (formerly Twitter)】
Participation requires an active X (formerly Twitter) account.
This Campaign is conducted solely by the Company and is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp. or any third party.
Use of X is subject to X’s own terms of service; please review them at your own discretion and responsibility.
The Company bears no responsibility for any inability to participate due to X service maintenance, malfunctions, or other issues, nor for any resulting data loss or damages to Applicants or third parties.
【Important Notes on Entry】
Participation is limited to residents of Japan.
Employees of the Company and related parties are not eligible.
Entries will be invalid if:
The campaign post is deleted before winners are notified
The official account is unfollowed before prizes are shipped
The Applicant’s X account is deleted before winner notification
The Applicant’s X username (handle beginning with “@”) is changed before notification
The account is private or made private after posting
The Applicant violates these Terms or X’s terms of service
【Prohibited Actions】
Entries may be disqualified—and any winning rights revoked—if the Applicant’s post or account includes:
Automated or program-generated entries
Defamation of specific individuals or organizations
Content that violates laws or public order and morals
Content infringing third-party copyrights, image rights, privacy, or other rights/interests
Obscene, cruel, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive material
Promotion of criminal or dangerous acts
Commercial or profit-driven purposes
Personal information disclosure
Any other content deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the Campaign’s intent by the Company
Applicants engaging in fraudulent behavior—such as unauthorized access, illegal acquisition of accounts or emails, or interference with campaign operations—will have their entries invalidated.
【Winner Announcement】
Winners will be selected by a fair lottery and notified via direct message (DM) from the official “ONE PIECE BASE SHOP” X account.
Notifications are scheduled for early November 2025.
Please ensure that your account can receive DMs.
Failure to receive the DM or to complete required procedures (such as submitting shipping information) within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winning rights and prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold or auctioned.
If multiple winners share the same household address, only one prize will be awarded.
【Prize Shipping】
Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or substituted.
Shipping is scheduled for mid-December 2025, but dates may change.
Delivery date/time or courier service cannot be specified.
Shipping is limited to addresses within Japan (excluding certain remote islands).
If prizes cannot be delivered due to address errors, relocation, absence, or other reasons may result in cancellation of winning rights.
【Other Notes】
Applicants are responsible for any communication or data charges incurred.
Depending on your device, OS, or browser, you may not be able to participate.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages arising in connection with this Campaign, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
Winners may not simultaneously win multiple campaigns organized by the Company.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
【Changes to the Campaign or Terms】
The Campaign (including prizes) may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.
The Company may revise these Terms at any time.
In such cases, announcements will be made via the official “ONE PIECE BASE SHOP” X account.
The revised Terms will apply to all participants from the time of announcement.
【Handling of Personal Information】
Personal information collected for this Campaign will be used solely for campaign operations, including prize shipment.
Data may also be used in anonymized form for marketing analysis.
Except when outsourcing to necessary service providers or required by law, personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
