The meeting point before entry will be outside on the 1st floor of Shinjuku Marui Main Building.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time.

■ About Meeting Point & Arrival Time
On the day of your visit, please come to the outside of the 1st floor at Shinjuku Marui Main Building before your reserved time.
We will begin forming the waiting line approximately 10 minutes prior to your reservation.
Please note that the start time for line formation may vary depending on crowd conditions.
【Important Notes】
If you selected “With Companion,” one additional guest who is over 12 years old may accompany you (companions are also able to purchase products).
For each guardian, one child under the age of 11 years old may enter (however, children may not make purchases).
To ensure as many customers as possible can enjoy shopping, each guest is limited to one transaction per day.
Purchasing products and Ichiban Kuji tickets is limited to guests who are 12 years old or older.
Reservation tickets may not be transferred, resold, duplicated, or forged. Tickets obtained through unauthorized means will be invalid.
Identity verification may be required at entry. Guests who cannot verify their identity may be denied entry.
Please bring a government-issued photo ID (student ID, driver’s license, My Number Card, etc.).
Identity verification may also be required for accompanying guests. Companions must also bring a government-issued photo ID.

Reservation tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

Guests engaging in unlawful acts, behavior contrary to public order, or disruptive actions toward other guests or staff (including harassment, abusive language, or unauthorized photography) may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Please arrive together with your companion(s) or accompanying child(ren).
Bring a smartphone capable of displaying the required QR code in the ONE PIECE BASE app.
Purchase limits per transaction apply depending on the product.
If you cannot display the QR code, or it cannot be scanned, entry will not be permitted.
